אקנה

Common acne, or medical name acne Vulgaris (acne vulgaris) is a state of presence of black heads, white heads and other pimples. The areas of the body on their faces interpreted as acne are mostly on the skin of the face, chest, shoulders and back.

In the following article I will explain how acne is caused, and what is the difference between the types of wounds: black heads, white and festering wounds.

A blockage that causes acne sores
Acne is caused when small skin holes known as clogged hair follicles.

Glands are tiny glands located near the surface of the skin. The glands are attached to hair follicles that are small holes in the skin through which hair grows out of the skin. The function of the sebaceous glands is to lubricate the hair and skin to prevent dehydration. This is done by the secretion of an oily substance called a sebum.

In the condition of acne the glands begin to produce too much of the sebum. The excess sebum mixes with dead cells and together they form a blockage of the follicle. Comodon or pimple Basic acne is basically a hair follicle that is blocked with fat and dead skin cells. The Commodons can develop into protrusions called white heads or black heads.

Acne sores – black, white or festering
If the follicle closes close to the surface it will protrude outward and produce a white head and if the blocked follicle is open to the skin, it forms a black head. Bacteria that normally have no effect on the skin can contaminate and clog the clogged follicles and cause papules, pustules, nodules, cysts and other skin problems.

  • Blackheads – Black heads are comedians that are open to the skin surface. They are filled with excess oil and dead skin cells. The reason why the compodons turn black is simply because the follicle is open and oxidation of fat in the air causes black color.
  • Whiteheads – Comedians that remain closed to the skin surface are called white heads. White heads are formed when fat and skin cells prevent the blocked hair follicle from opening.
  • Swollen, small, and painful swelling on the skin (Papules) – This swelling is actually combunion that has become inflamed, creating red or pink bumps on the skin. This type of acne breakout may be sensitive to the touch. Squeezing or squeezing may aggravate inflammation and lead to scarring. Many of these swellings indicate moderate to severe acne.
  • Inflammatory pimples filled with pustules – these pimples are another type of acne. They are like white heads with a red ring around the bulge. The bulge is usually filled with white or yellow pus, avoiding poking or cracking of these fissures that can cause scars or black spots on the skin.
