First step – during the shower massage your foot throughly with the luffah soap bar to remove dead layers and dirt, rinse thoroughly. After drying your foot apply small amount of foot cream and massage till absorption. For deeper treatment, it is recommended to use the cream before bedtime and go to sleep with a sock and thus strengthening the activity of the cream for the night.
