Clary Sage essential oil is produced by steaming the sage leaves.
The plant usualy grows in the Middle East region and its seeds are very reach in omega-3.
Its oil is very effective in treating mature skin and in cases of Atopic Dermatitis. Clary Sage essential oil is also effective in the treatment of menstrual pain, is a sexual stimulant, antidepressant and prevents stress.
Attention: Clary Sage oil is NOT suitable for use during pregnancy. Never the less – during labor it is one of the most effective essential oils for inducing birth and ease contractions.

Recommended ways of using natural Clary Sage Oil by Lavender Natural Cosmetics
- Clary Sage oil is excellent for inducing birth. After week 40 of pregnancy, in coordination with your Doula or therapist, you can prepare massage-oil by mixing 5 drops of Lavender Natural Cosmetics Clary Sage oil with 2 tablespoons of Almond oil and massage the abdomen. The same blend will also be excellent for inducing birth and relieving pain during labor.
In Aromatherapy diffuser: Mix around 3 to 5 drops in water.
For massage: Mix 2 drops with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.
On Pedant: Drip 2 to 3 drops on the felt-sponge.
Not suitable for use directly on skin.
