Products

All products offered on the site are original, new and without defects. The products come in their original packaging, unless otherwise stated clearly and clearly in the product detail. All cosmetic and care products appearing on the site are manufactured by Beyond Material Ltd., other products, if any, appear with their manufacturer’s registration.
All the products offered in the store make use of as natural and delicate materials as possible, with a full listing of all the ingredients in them. How and when we will supply the products

Deliveries will be paid according to the total order amount and according to the requested shipping form. Shipping costs according to the updated shipping policy on the Shipping Policy page.
Goods will be shipped within 3 business days of placing the order. The guaranteed delivery time is from the day the actual payment is made, with a working day including Sundays to Thursdays, excluding Fridays-Saturdays and ISRAEL holidays. The seller does everything in his power to expedite the delivery time. The products will reach the customer per the shipping companies’ policies and the seller cannot guarantee any delivery time. We ship the products almost WorldWide but please make sure your country included in the countries we are shipping to.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the customer will not be able to claim compensation in the event of delay in arrival of the product for a reason that is dependent on the shipping policies.
Seller reserves the right not to supply a particular product if the product is out of stock or a price / specification error has occurred. In such case, the customer will be notified of the cancellation of the transaction within 24 hours from its execution and will be refunded within 24 hours if it is charged. The seller will not be responsible to any custom payment in the customer country, any payment needed in the customer country will be the responsibiility of the customer only.

Payment options

Payment is made by international credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners (not Israeli cards) via secured .The credit cards payment is done by leading third parties that comply with the PCL1 standard which is the most stringent standard approved by all the credit card companies. Also payment can be done by PayPal company.
Customer may pay also by bank transfer with prior notice to the seller. The products will be sent to the customer only after payment reached seller acount.

Return policy and cancellations

Customer may cancel an order provided that the package is closed and the product in the same condition as shipped within 3 days of the arrival of the shipment. The customer is aware that he will have to send the product to the company address and bear the shipping costs (if the product has already been shipped). The refund for the returned products will be complete and provided by the seller by the same means of payment as the customer paid. Customer who will not pick up his package or pay the needed tax to free it from custom, if needed, will get no refund to payment made by seller.
The customer must check the product upon receipt. In the event that the customer received the product when it is defective, or in contrast to what was ordered, the customer may cancel the transaction within 3 days of receiving the product, by contacting the seller and by making  cancellation request, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.ISRAEL.
In such cases the customer will not be charged the shipping cost to Lavender: if the product arrived broken or damaged or different from what was ordered.

General

Ordering in this site is only for nonresidents of the country of ISRAEL. Resident of ISRAEL need to add the VAT to the order or order at our ISRAEL site – www.lavender.co.il

“Reserved Order”: If the customer has chosen to reserve an order and make the order later, the valid prices will be those appearing on the site on the day the order was actually made and not the prices that appeared at the time of booking. In any case, the binding prices are those that appear on the order day on the product page.
